At Lily and Todd, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your fashion items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
